Since our interior design projects are highly personalized and custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the design process has commenced or materials have been ordered.
If you purchase furnishings or décor items through us, returns are only accepted if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect all items upon delivery and notify us within 7 business days of any issues.
If an item arrives damaged or does not match your order, contact us immediately at office@spotlesswisellc.com with photos and details. We will work quickly to provide a replacement, repair, or appropriate credit.
